Job Description

Broad range of responsibilities resulting in strong working relationship with the clients and managing candidates' application Working with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs & ongoing support of the candidates. 


  • recruitment & candidate placement
  • analyze clients' recruitment & developes, deliver recruiting strategy
  • ensures timely candidate placements & healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • works closely with the client, supporting the client in the HR needs
  • maintains regular communication with client regarding the assignment & candidate updates
  • facilitates the selection process (screeing, assessing candidates, interviews, reference checks, )
  • account management
  • account development, new business development
  • candidate engagement

Candidates must haves:

  • Bachelor degree
  • minimum 5 years of experience - staffing, vendor mgmt., recruitment
  • experience in screening, orienting, training, assigning, managing candidate pipelines, market candidates
  • ability to function in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
  • ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and also w candidates
  • excellent communication/customer mgmt. skills
  • an innovative, result oriented personality, who can multitask & prioratize
  • strong computer skills, Social Media knowledge & English is a must
