AREA SALES MANAGER- Health Supplements


Building and Driving Sales, and Customer Satisfaction within the Greek market (pharmacies, health stores)

The ideal candidate establishes strong relationships with business partners to deliver high quality service to all stakeholders and customers.



  • Build & maintain effective business relationship with the distributors, key accounts network (pharmacies, health stores)
  • Assisting setting up sales strategy, negotiating contracts
  • Formulate and execute promotion plan and monitor its activities to achieve the sales target
  • Assist in developing and implementing the sales plan & related programs
  • Assist in supervising and coaching a team of in store promoters to achieve sales target
  • Compile reports on sales performance and business review
  • Perform regular store visits


  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience
  • Experience in managing business with distributors and pharmacy channel is a must
  • Sales management experience in healthcare and nutritional products will be in advantage
  • A dynamic personality, who is driven by results and target achievement.
  • Excellent business acumen and can work under pressure
  • High level of professional and interpersonal ability and flexibility, combined with solid problem-solving skills and a strategic business sense.
