Our small but mighty HR/Research Team is looking to hire a new Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Research Specialist.
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will love Pokemon, be running fun and only eat sushi....
... but we would settle for someone with exceptional communication skills, eagerness to learn & research.
Someone who has a strong interest in all things HR/Recruitment, a problem solver and that can thrive in a little bit of chaos. A Person who understands social media and can use it and/or want to learn about sourcing technics. A HUNTER, SALESPERSON, CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE.
We would provide training, you "just" need to learn, study and absorb all the knowledge, then get into action and deliver results.
We are a small team working in the region and in a phase of developing, you can work from home office, you can manage your own time but we have deadlines and you need to respect them.
We are also open for someone with a few years of experience and/or fresh graduate with a drive to succeed and/or someone who wants to learn & hard worker.
ENGLISH is a must.

-using our ATS system, sourcing tools to manage the recruitment research process
- effectively communicate with the candidate, providing a flawless candidate experience
- review resumes, source, research & pre-screen candidates
- create strategies to source talent through creative channels, methods (networking, internet search, boolean search, & unique/creative methods)
