THE JOB
- Presenting, promoting specific financial services and products to corporate customers
- Generating leads, maintaining a sales pipeline and building trusting customer relationships.
- Working with the Country Manager & Sales team to develop the best client solution possible.
- Coaching, managing and motivating the sales team
- Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives.
- Managing the work of the team of sales representatives
THE PERSON
- University degree in Economics/Finance/Business
- min 7 years of working experience in financial products' sales/business Development
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- High energy and self-confidence
- Excellent management skills and proven experience managing succesfull sales team
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Romanian and English
