We're looking for a reliable, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Owner/General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business. This is a key role where you'll wear many hats — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment & has a passion for health.
THE POSITION
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal team members
- Assist with order tracking, invoicing, and logistics coordination
- Draft emails, reports, and internal documents
- Support marketing campaigns, social media content planning, and product launches
- Handle administrative tasks (document filing, travel bookings, expense tracking)
- Keep things running smoothly when the GM is away or busy
THE PERSON
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving
- Tech-savvy: confident using email, spreadsheets, online tools, etc.
- Bonus: interest in health, wellness, and/or natural supplements
Location: Chalandri
Full time, 5 days/week office work
