PROPERTY OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Location: Szentendre, Hungary

THE JOB

• Providing precise administrative support for real estate related tasks, maintenance & investment projects 
• Recording financial data into the cash-flow follow-up system 
• Documenting utility consumptions by tenants and giving accurate data to invoicing department 
• Actively participating in the completion of legal documents and liaising between lawyers, head-quarters and Business Unit Manager to facilitate deal finalization 
• Following up on receipt of required documentation, contract returns etc. 
• Contributing in marketing communication tasks related to the property 
• Engaging in projects targeting to improve the property’s cleanliness and aesthetics 
• Communicating daily with tenants, recording their requests and assisting in the problem-solving process 
• Keeping contact (oral and verbal) with the headquarters in Athens 
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing requested tasks 

THE PERSON

• BA or BSc from a reputable university, ideally a business school  
• Understanding basic legal, financial and operational aspects of property management  
• Comprehending basic technical aspects of common construction/maintenance works 
• Basic knowledge of the Hungarian Real Estate market 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Outstanding administration, analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong organizational and project management skills 
• Precise and detail-oriented behaviour 
• Fluent in English, written and spoken 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• 5+ years of work experience, ideally from real estate or facility/property management sectors
