RETAIL DEVELOPMENT & OPERATION MANAGER - Romania

THE JOB
- Identify strategic locations for new retail outlets
- Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy
- Manage end-to-end process of new store development (site selection-store launch)
- In charge of the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets
- Implementation of effective visual merchandising strategies
- Monitor and analyze KPI’s to drive business performance
- Manage the local operation
- Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, landlords and suppliers
THE PERSON
- Business/Retail Management degree preferred
- Min. 5 years of experience in retail chain development
- Management experience gained in the retail industry
- Successful track record of opening new stores
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English, native Romanian
