We are looking for a
LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
for our international client, is one of the main player in the HVAC market
THE JOB:

Provide efficient and professional sales admin support ensuring customers’ orders are processed accurately and timely,

Working actively as part of the central team to increase and enhance the level of service, adding value to the office’s turnover

Manages clients’ orders: control part number, prices, multipliers, product codes, discrepancies. Check credit limit, enter into the ERP, create proforma invoices.

Monitor product availability at the factories (outside of EU) via the ERP system

Manages the full order and delivery/logistics process of the HVAC goods from the factory which is outside of the EU to the warehouse in EU
THE PERSON:

Self-driven and being able to multitask & an Excellent problem solver

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Logistics is desirable.

Minimum 2 years of experience as commercial/logisitcs assistant

Experience of managing logistics from non EU countries / Asia
-
Fluent in both Bulgarian and English languages both verbal and written.

Strong MS Office knowledge, excellent skills in Excel (advanced level)

Experience with ERP / Navision system, extracting data and managing it in excel is highly appreciated and a must have
THE OFFER:

Compensation: between BGN2,500 – 3,000 gross/month (depending on the experience)
