HR MANAGER
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

THE JOB
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.

Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, advising on workforce planning, organisational development, and HR best practices.

Ensure compliance with Bulgarian labour laws, internal policies, and industry regulations.

Implement and continuously improve HR initiatives, programs, and systems aligned with company culture and strategic goals.

Support talent development through training programs, competency frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.

Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a supportive, high-performance work environment.

Oversee compensation and benefits processes and support global HR initiatives.

Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency across HR operations.
THE PERSON
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in an international corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation and HR compliance.

Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and organisational planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong internal relationships.

Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a matrix organisation.
