We are searching on behalf of our international client, an enthusiastic, independent, result driven sales person.
AREA SALES MANAGER
Location: Budapest & suburb, Hungary
Industry: Beauty
THE JOB
- Manage the field sales activity via the key account managers
- Create strategy, annual budget and forecast for Sales Department
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and implementation
- Monitor actual plans, sales reports and competitor activities
- Manage the work of the key accounts on the field
THE PERSON
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/business development experience in the Insurance, Cosmetics, Beauty, MLM, or FMCG industry
- Strong MS Office knowledge – especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Charismatic personality & an excellent presenter
- Outstanding mentoring and people management skills
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
- Driving license must have
- Availability for travel 2-3days/week
- Hybrid position
