A key aspect of this role is to manage and develope the service team, ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance and repair activities, driving service business growth, and providing high-level technical and commercial support to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The position combines team leadership, technical expertise, customer relationship management, and continuous improvement of service operations to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
AFTER SALES TEAM LEADER / SERVICE MANAGER

THE JOB
- Manage, develop, train, and coordinate the Service team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Drive growth of maintenance contracts, sales of repairs, spare parts, and service solutions.
- Oversee planning and execution of maintenance, repairs, start-ups, and warranty activities.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor service performance, backlog, warranty cases, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, EH&S standards, and safe working practices.
- Support process improvements, training initiatives, and continuous team development.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement & process optimization
THE PERSON
- Technical education in Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related Engineering field.
- Valid refrigeration license and F-Gas certification.
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC&R Service Engineer with strong troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience with chillers, automation systems, and VRF technologies.
- Previous experience leading teams or coordinating service operations is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong customer orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and MS Office.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
