THE JOB

AZ IDEÁLIS JELÖLT

• Legalább 3 év helyszíni kivitelezésben vagy építésvezetésben szerzett tapasztalattal rendelkezel
• Van műszaki végzettséged (építőipari, építész)
• Magabiztosan kommunikálsz angolul
• Jó szervező- és problémamegoldó készséggel rendelkezel
• Önállóan dolgozol, de csapatban is hatékony vagy
• B kategóriás jogosítvánnyal rendelkezel

• Solid experience with P&L management, combining operational and commercial accountability.

• Solid understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) — animal nutrition background is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with IFS, FSSC 22000, or equivalent food safety certifications.
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth, developing customers’ accounts, and acquiring new business.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and manage customer relationships.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English at a professional level; additional European language is a plus.
