The main priority is supporting leaders & managers on engagement, organizational change, communications and HR matters.

THE JOB 

  • Partners with different stakeholders in the organization to identify and implement structures, processes, and frameworks to optimize the local operation for greater efficiency and transparency, managing the transformation of the business
  • Managing the HR function of the manufacturing site driving the agenda for team building & & effectiveness through recruitment, learning & development, talent & performance management
  • Manages & prioritize the phases of the transition plan in consideration of impact, complexity & interdependencies
  • Works with different stakeholders in the transformation international HR team in driving achievement of HR Operating Model goals/objectives and addressing resistance/obstacles.
  • Manage retention and development of blue-collar workers' staffing plans, labor contract negations
  • Have the ability to assess and anticipate HR-related needs and take action to drive issues to closure

 

 THE PERSON 

  • Solid experience in HR management with blue-collar workers, restructuring, change management, performance review & Greek employment law
  • Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills & the capability to work effectively with and influence all levels of management
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • A Leader, who is confident, approachable, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • A proficient English and a native Greek speaker.
