THE JOB 

  • Partners with different stakeholders in the organization to identify and implement structures, processes, and frameworks to optimize the local operation for greater efficiency and transparency, managing the transformation of the business
  • Managing the HR function, driving the agenda for team building & & effectiveness through recruitment, learning & development, talent & performance management
  • Manages & prioritize the phases of the HR transition plan in consideration of impact, complexity & interdependencies
  • Works with different stakeholders in the transformation international HR team in driving achievement of HR Operating Model goals/objectives and addressing resistance/obstacles.
  • Have the ability to assess and anticipate HR-related needs and take action to drive issues to closure
  • Manage a small HR team, drive change among different stakeholders of the  business

 

 THE PERSON 

  • Minimum 7 years in HR related function, including minimum of 3 years as an HRBP,
  • Solid experience in change management, HR restreuturing, cultural change, performance review, labor relations/union discussions & Greek employment law
  • Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills & the capability to work effectively with and influence all levels of management
  • A Leader, who is confident, approachable, hands-on, and solution-oriented, with the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • A proficient English and a native Greek speaker.
