JUNIOR LAWYER / LEGAL COUNSEL

THE ROLE

Provide legal advice and prepare legal documents, with a primary focus on Commercial and Corporate Law matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and corporate documentation
Support corporate restructuring, governance, and day-to-day legal matters for business clients
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures
Collaborate closely with senior lawyers, clients, and external stakeholders to deliver practical legal solutions
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility in managing assigned matters

Master's degree in Law
1–3 years of professional legal experience, with proven hands-on experience in Commercial and Corporate Law (essential)
Strong knowledge of Contract Law and experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Practical exposure to advising corporate clients and handling commercial and corporate legal matters is a key requirement for this role
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
High level of professionalism, proactiveness, and attention to detail
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility is essential for success in this role
Experience with GDPR and M&A matters will be considered an advantage
Native Bulgarian and fluent English are mandatory
