We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who will be based in Cluj, will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, by selling Business Information, Credit Risk, Marketing and Sales Solutions in Northern Romania.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Presenting, promoting and selling specific services and products according to company standards and commercial policy.
- Selling CRIF Global solutions in Financial Institutions and Large Corporates.
- Researching consumer needs and identifying how our solutions address them.
- Meeting with potential clients and developing long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Generating leads, maintaining a sales pipeline and building trusting customer relationships.
- Working with ICAP CRIF’s Country Manager & Sales team to develop the best client solution possible.
- Actively selling/up selling our products through a consultative selling approach.
- Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives.
- Displaying a positive and professional attitude.
- Contributing to the team performance.
Key requirements:
- University degree in Economics/Finance/Business
- 7+ years of working experience in Sales/Business Development
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- High energy and self-confidence
- Business acumen
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Romanian and English
- Availability to travel in the designated region.
