AREA FIELD SALES MANAGER
Location: Hungary
Industry: Beauty
THE JOB
- Deliver sales results and growth of the sales force
- Create strategy, annual budget and forecast for the Field Sales team of 30
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and implementation
- Monitor actual plans, sales reports and competitor activities
- Team management - manage the work of the field
- Visit the field and advise, educate, mentor, coach the people on the field
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats within the designated area.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding mentoring and people management skills
- Willingness to travel within Hungary
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
- Driving license
- The person can be based anywhere in Hungary
