BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – Executive Search & Recruitment (m/f/div*)
THE JOB
- Client Acquisition
Identify & research potential clients within the target market
Reach out to potential clients via various channels, email campaigns, networking events...
Conduct through needs assessment to understand the client's recruitment needs
- Consultative Selling
Position the company's executive search/recruitment services as tailored solutions that address the client's hiring challenges
By being an expert provide consultative guidance on local industry trends, market insights, recruitment best practices.
Customise proposals & presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients
- Relationship building:
Cultivate & maintain strong relationships with key decision makers & stakeholders within the client organizations
Be the trusted advisor, offering ongoing support & assistance to ensure client satisfaction.
Continously engage with the clients to follow their evolving recruitment needs
- Pipeline Management
Maintain & up-to-date records of all sales interactions, leads & opportunities in our CRM/ATS system
Develop & manage sales pipeline, tracking progress from initial contact to closing the deal
Forecast sales targets
- Negotiating & Closing
Collaborate with clients top negotiate terms, and service agreements, secure signed contracts
Overcome objections & address concerns to build confidence in the company's ervices
THE PERSON
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, best practices
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
- You are an expert in the industries you work in
- Proven track record of B2B sales
- Outstanding communication skills combined with a confident & pleasant personality
- You bring the necessary enthusiasm and the will to continue to be successful
- In your way of working you are very structured and conscientious, even under time pressure
- You are an open-minded, dynamic personality with a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, creativity, persistence as well as goal orientation
- Enjoys working with targets
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a team environment
- English is the working language, Hungarian and/or Romanian native language skills

Location can be also flexible, either Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece or Romania.
