We are looking for a FINANCIAL MANAGER for our international Client in the manufacturing industry, who will be managing the finance team of 10+ headcounts
FINANCE MANAGER
LOCATION: Plovdiv, Bulgaria
INDUSTRY: Production
THE JOB
- Manage the Finance & accounting functions of the business
- Plan, Manage, monitor all processes related to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & reporting
- Controlling & Evaluating CAPEX in terms of profitability
- Manage and develop internal control system, ensuring that the company in compliance with external and internal regulations
- Create best added value by negotiating & monitoring suppliers' contracts
- Manage, coach and develop the finance team (10+) including procurement & IT
- Provide financial strategic recommendation to the Management based on financial analysis & projections
THE PERSON
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Finance/Business, or Economy
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing full scope of finance/accounting department preferably with an international manufacturing environment
- Strong initiative, leadership, thinking and problem solving, financial analysis and communication skills.
- A person, who is not only a great financial professional but also a manager
- English language is skills is a must beside native Bulgarian
