PLANT MANAGER-Greece
Location: Lamia, Greece
Industry: food manufacturing
THE JOB
- Production oversight- in charge of the day-to-day operation of the production facility
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of production
- Implement and maintain strict quality control processes to guarantee high quality production
- Development and implementation of cost-effective production strategies
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
THE PERSON
- Chemical Engineer, Food Science, Business Administration or related degree
- Min. 5 years of plant management experience in the food production industry
- Strong leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
