Our Client is one of the traditional market player in the Greek bakery production industry. We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Head of Maintenance to join our team. HEAD OF MAINTENANCE- Greece
Location: Lamia, Greece
Industry: food manufacturing
THE JOB
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure efficiency
- Lead and manage a skilled maintenance team, provide guidance and training
- Equipment Optimization, identifying opportunities for upgrade and replacements
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement emergency response plan
THE PERSON
- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or any related degree
- Min. 5 years of maintenance management experience in the food production industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, preventive maintenance and equipment optimization
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
- Fluent Greek and English
