As part of our client's expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Country Business Development Manager to establish their local presence in Hungary and cultivate business opportunities within the construction project business with their wide variety of sanitary products / kitchen & bathroom solutions and fittings.

  • Managing the entry into the Hungarian market and driving growth primarily within the construction project business segment
  • Identify key opportunities, establish partnerships, and implement initiatives to introduce the brand in the construction projects bathroom fitting and solutions
  • Develops a strategic sales plan by identifying key changes to identify potential sales opportunities 
  • Leveraging your expertise in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management
  • Identify, prioritize & pursue new business opportunities within the construction project business - commercial & residential developments, infrastructure projects, renovations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - architects, contractors, developers, consultants



  • Strong understanding of the construction project lifestyle, procurement processes, specifications, and decision making dynamics
  • Previous business development / sales experience with home improvement products (cooling/heating, building engineering, paints, power tools, fittings, gardening, floor installation, DIY products)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A result oriented, entrepreneur mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer value
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Good English and or German language skills & native Romanian
