THE JOB 

  • Support business needs & ensure the proper implementation of the company’s strategy & objectives
  • To promotes corporate values & support the succes of the production through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, talent management, employment cycle changes, labor relations, compensation processes.
  • To oversee all aspects of HR practices & processess at the manufacturing plant & create HR strategy
  • Create & manage blue collar workers’ recruitment, labor contract
  • Connect management & employee relations
  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Proven HR management/partner experience in a manufacturing/production environment
  • People oriented & results driven
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Passion for People in the Organization
  • Competence to build & effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all level of the business
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively with and influence all levels of management
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • English proficiency, native Greek language
