PURCHASING SPECIALIST
for our international client, who is one of the main player in the HVAC market
Location: Sofia/Bulgaria
THE JOB:
- Placing orders for the factories of the business
- Purchase order follow up, ensuring timely delivery
- Control local warehouse' stock availability
- Handling inhouse orders
- Select freight forwarders based on time, cost & quality
- Acting in liason & updating the the sales team with delivery dates
- Manage the paperwork of the shipments & support cargo insurance process
- Manage order acknowledgement, packing list submission for intercompany exports
- Conduct periodic freight cost analysis
THE PERSON:
- A dynamic person, who is driven by result, can & dare to take initiative, enjoys to be part of a small team & an international company
- Self-driven and being able to multitask & an Excellent problem solver
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain or finance is a must to have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational organization
- Experience of managing logistics from non EU countries / Asia
- Experience with ERP systems preferred MS Dynamics 365
- Native/Fluent in Bulgarian and fluent in English
- Strong computer skills - excellent Excel knowledge -
