DEMAND PLANNER
Location: Athens (Central), Greece

THE JOB
- Demand Forecasting:
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Supply chain, Finance teams to incorporate customers’ needs, market intelligence, and seasonal variations into demand planning.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance customer satisfaction with cost efficiency.
- Identify and address potential overstock or stockout situations proactively.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor forecast accuracy and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and operations (production & supply chain) efficiency.
- Generate and present reports to management, highlighting insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously refine demand planning processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand forecasting and inventory management.
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in a demand planning, in the production or manufacturing sector (min 3 years).
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Mgmt, or BA or Statistics or related field
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities, native Greek
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Experience with SAP software is a must have
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
