SENIOR ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST 

 

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

THE JOB

  • Develop detailed financial models/scenario analysis to evaluate real estate performance and determine valuations
  • Be part of the due diligence activities of target properties/companies 
  • Prepare presentation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare consolidated budgets, cash flow projections, cost analysis, variance reports.
  • Prepare relevant analyses and financial insights. to support fundraising activities 
  • Conduct research on real estate market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes
  • Improve financial processes by creating and refining standardized and ad-hoc reports, models, and analytical tools.

 

THE PERSON

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CFA, MBA, ACCA certification is a strong advantage.
  • Min 5 years in a relevant role, with direct exposure to transactions such as M&A, private equity, or debt financing considered a significant plus.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, equity markets, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Fluency in English , native Bulgarian
  • Exceptional accuracy and a meticulous approach to tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
