Our client is an established and rapidly growing manufacturing company with strong market presence across the region, known for its high-quality products, innovation, and customer-focused approach. We are seeking a results-driven and commercially focused professional to take on the role of:

 

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

 

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Industry: Manufacturing 

 

THE JOB

 

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Manage and expand relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities across assigned markets and channels
  • Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for HQ
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Manage and develop a regional sales network (directly or indirectly)

 

 THE PERSON

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in regional markets
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with distributors and B2B clients
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with international HQ
