PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Industry: Manufacturing

THE JOB

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best prices and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze production data and reports to identify trends, forecast future production needs, and make informed decisions regarding process adjustments.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to align production capabilities with market demands and promotional strategies.

THE PERSON

• Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Business Management
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO global standards.
• A solid background in production management, with hands-on experience in overseeing projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
• Fluent English, native Bulgarian
