PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Industry: Manufacturing

 

THE JOB

  • Oversee the entire production process, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure optimal pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
  • Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a collaborative environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and drive process optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align production capabilities with market demand and strategic initiatives

 

THE PERSON

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
  • Proven experience in production management, overseeing projects from concept to completion
  • Solid skills in budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Fluent in English and native Bulgarian
