Our client, a global leader in imaging and technology solutions, is looking for a driven and commercially minded professional to join their B2B team and contribute to expanding their solutions footprint in the market.

A key aspect of this role is positioning the company as a trusted solutions partner, identifying new opportunities, and guiding complex B2B sales projects from initial contact to successful closure.

B2B PROJECT BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Location: Bulgaria

Industry: Technology Solutions 

THE JOB

• Promote the company as a “Solution Provider” by generating demand for products and services
• Identify and develop new verticals, customers, and key accounts
• Analyze client needs and current environments to uncover sales opportunities
• Present tailored solutions and product offerings to target accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Initiate and coordinate activities to open opportunities and drive the sales cycle (events, meetings, campaigns)
• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with system integrators
• Manage pipeline and reporting in the CRM systems 
• Perform reporting and analyze won/lost projects to improve performance

 THE PERSON

• min 5–7 years of experience in senior IT B2B enterprise sales / business developer solutions
• Proven success in direct sales within multinational companies or system integrators
• Strong network at C-level within major corporate and/or government accounts
• Solid understanding of the market and relevant technology solutions
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and sales skills
• Relevant IT certifications are "welcome": Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Prince/ITIL, PM, Infrastructure security fundamentalks
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English (business level)
• Valid driving license
