Our Client is offering an excellent opportunity in construction project management.  We are looking for a talent, who is highly organised, has demonstrated experience in retail/office/residential fit-out design, excellent project coordination skills, a team player to work on our projects with international retail clients in Hungary & CEE.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER 

Location: Budapest, Hungary

THE JOB

• Managing design and construction projects from start to finish for retail stores
• Preparation of projects, negotiations to reach thorough agreements with clients & subcontractors
• Managing the project management team's work & acting in liaison with the Client
• Strict and continuous overview of quality, timeline, and cost control in a proactive way
• On-site presence and management upon project demands
• Communication with international clients

 THE PERSON

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a designer and/or fit-out project
• A good understanding of commercial/retail/office fit-out projects, experience with clean space is an advantage
• A person who can easily adapt to different circumstances, changing environments, and is willing to work in an international team
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 3D design software experience is a plus
• A winning spirit, positive, confident, “can do” attitude, result-oriented, excellence in assertive communication and negotiation skills, determined, proactive, practical approach
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Language skills: must have- Hungarian, English, good to have: Polish or German
