The Product: Managed Print Services/MPS is a full-service solution that helps organisations streamline their print environment, managing a client's document and printing needs — with a strong focus on cost-effectiveness and sustainability. The MPS lifecycle runs from assessment and tailored solution design through contracting and implementation to ongoing management and continuous improvement.

 

B2B KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

THE JOB

  • Develop strategic verticals and B2B key accounts — this is consultative business development, not cold selling
  • Lead complex MPS and workplace transformation projects from diagnosis through to delivery
  • Act as the bridge between end customers, channel partners and the regional organization
  • Shape deals early: diagnostics, solution architecture and business case development
  • Drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long, considered timelines
  • Ensure partner enablement and joint business planning with channel partners
  • Own pipeline health, forecasting credibility, and win/loss learning

 

 THE PERSON

 

  • 4+ years' experience in B2B business development within complex, solution-driven environments
  • A proven hunter mentality — driven, ambitious, and comfortable building new business from the ground up
  • A track record with multinational vendors or system integrators
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at C-level, including corporate, public sector, and governmental stakeholders
  • A strategic, structured, and project-oriented mindset
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • A data-driven approach to pipeline management and market analysis
  • Comfort creating structure in ambiguity, and turning potential into execution
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluency in English, native Bulgarian
