FINANCIAL PLANNING & CONTROLLING MANAGER  - GREECE

THE JOB

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting and forecasting
• Manage financial reporting and oversee financial controlling activities
• Implement and maintain financial systems, especially SAP
• Drive the CAPEX management process and ensure adherence to governance standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and support the company’s digital transformation plans

 THE PERSON

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in financial planning and controlling in the manufacturing industry
• Min. 3 years of SAP experience, with special focus on budgeting
• Knowledge of corporate governance and SOX principles
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
• Fluent English, native Greek

RETAIL DEVELOPMENT & OPERATION MANAGER - Romania

THE JOB

• Identify strategic locations for new retail outlets
• Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy
• Manage end-to-end process of new store development (site selection-store launch)
• In charge of the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets
• Implementation of effective visual merchandising strategies
• Monitor and analyze KPI’s to drive business performance
• Manage the local operation
• Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, landlords and suppliers

 THE PERSON

• Business/Retail Management degree preferred
• Min. 5 years of experience in retail chain development
• Management experience gained in the retail industry
• Successful track record of opening new stores
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English, native Romanian
