HR DIRECTOR

THE JOB 

• Managing & build the HR function of the manufacturing site
• Use strong business acumen to drive agenda for team building & team effectiveness via recruitment, learning & development
• organizational effectiveness through workforce strategy, onboarding,  training, employee & labor relations, compensation processes and employee engagement.
• Talent & performance management
• Manage retention and development of blue collar workers' staffing plans, labor contract negations
• Have the ability to assess and anticipate HR related needs and take action to drive issues to closure

 THE PERSON 

• Solid experience in HR management with blue collar workers, organizational design, performance management, change management & Greek employment law
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively with and influence all levels of management
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Proven track record in being a thorough, diligent, and responsive HR partner in manufacturing environment
• A person who is confident, approachable, hands-on, and solution oriented
• English proficiency, native Greek language

• To promotes corporate values & support the succes of the production through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, talent management, employment cycle changes, labor relations, compensation processes.
• To oversee all aspects of HR practices & processess at the manufacturing plant & create HR strategy
• Create & manage blue collar workers’ recruitment, labor contract
• Connect management & employee relations

• Proven HR management/partner experience in a manufacturing/production environment

RETAIL DEVELOPMENT & OPERATION MANAGER - Romania

Location: Bucharest, Romania

THE JOB

• Identify strategic locations for new retail outlets
• Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy
• Manage end-to-end process of new store development (site selection-store launch)
• In charge of the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets
• Implementation of effective visual merchandising strategies
• Monitor and analyze KPI’s to drive business performance
• Manage the local operation
• Build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders, landlords and suppliers

 THE PERSON

• Business/Retail Management degree preferred
• Min. 5 years of experience in retail chain development
• Management experience gained in the retail industry
• Successful track record of opening new stores
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English, native Romanian

• Építészek támogatása tervezési tanácsadással, valamint műszaki számításokkal annak érdekében, hogy a homlokzati megoldásokat jobban megismerjék és az építési projektekben az ajánlott terméket alkalmazzák
• Szükség esetén műszaki/szerelési tanácsadás nyújtás az építőipari szakembereknek az alumínium rendszereket (ablakok, ajtók, függönyfalak és homlokzatok) illetően

IT MANAGER

Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria

THE JOB

• Management and maintenance of all IT systems, network, hardware and software
• Ensure the security, integrity and availability of all IT systems and data
• Assures that all servers are backed up, audits backups

• Provide necessary solutions to employees as quickly as possible
• Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Report writing and maintenance to existing reports as needed
• Work with internal teams to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business needs

 THE PERSON

• 5+ years experience in a lead IT role
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, systems and applications
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful IT projects
• Experience with ERP and other business systems, manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking, ability to manage multiple priorities
