On behalf of our international client, we are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional leader to take on the role of Country Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, business excellence, and sustainable growth in a market-leading operation in Greece.
The Job
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and market growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and results.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring targets are met while optimizing operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a leadership position.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align goals and strategies.
The Person
- Minimum 15 years of proven sales and leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within an international organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent English language skills (native Greek)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is considered a plus.
