SALES MANAGER - GREECE & BULGARIA
Location: Greece (hybrid)
Industry: heating/cooling - smart home solutions
THE JOB
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Greek & Bulgarian market, identifying new B2B opportunities in the construction industry.
- Market mapping, creating sales strategy
- Be the local representative of an international business
- Pursue and secure new business, while managing proposals, offers, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and ensure business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction to foster repeat business
- Working from home with travel visiting potential customers in Greece & Bulgaria.
THE PERSON
- Proven success in sales within the construction industry, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent communicator with a positive, winning attitude.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, native Greek
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
