We are looking for a Senior Expert in Franchise Education to design and implement training programs for franchisees, managers, and staff. The position is instrumental in ensuring that franchisees are well-trained and capable of driving their business success. This role directly influences franchise performance, consistency in brand delivery, and overall franchise growth. THE JOB

• Design and deliver training programs for new and existing franchisees.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to franchisees to enhance their skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through regular assessments.
• Address and resolve challenges related to franchisee education and growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align curricula with franchise goals and trends.
• Ensure training materials remain current with industry and franchise developments.
• Monitor franchisee adherence to brand guidelines and assess performance using KPIs.
• Conduct audits to maintain high-quality standards across the network.
• Mentor junior educational staff and support their professional growth.
• Assist franchisees in adopting new learning technologies for continuous improvement.
• Work with the development team to identify growth opportunities for franchisee education.
• Develop strategies to help franchisees scale through educational resources.

THE PERSON

• A degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in franchise operations or business development, particularly within the education sector.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience, and work collaboratively with franchisees, managers, and the leadership team.
• Expertise in educational methodologies, particularly in the context of franchising, and an understanding of industry trends.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide franchisees and educational professionals towards success.
• Ability to customize educational approaches to meet the unique needs of different franchise networks.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
