CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER – Building / Office / Retail / Residential / Hotel

Location: Budapest, Hungary

THE JOB

• Managing design and construction projects from start to finish including collecting technical requirements
• Continoues control of plans, making proposals for technical & cost optimization
• Managing the project management team's work & acting in liaison with the Client
• Strict and continuous overview  of the project - on quality, timeline, and cost control - to follow Client & statutory requirements
• Managing the permitting procedure, maintaining contact with the designer & the permitting authority
• Keeping contact with contractors during implementation, coordinating technical inspections and managing change
• Working with local & international clients

 THE PERSON

• minimum 4 years of experience working in  building construction project management
• A person who can easily adapt to different circumstances, changing environments, and willing to work in an international team 
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering must have
• In depth knowledge of construction processes, regulatio, industry best practices & being aware of the industry latest trends
• A winning spirit, positive, confident, “can do” attitude, result oriented, excellence in assertive communication and negotiation skills, determined, proactive, practical approach
• The person with strong sense of independence, commitment, ambition & dedication to his/her role
• Excellent English language skills & native Hungarian
